Always put the customer first. Recently had a warranty issue with manufacturer, was told to being it to Jack Williams to evaluate and they said it was road damage (which it wasn't even close... Sidewall blew out). Brought it to Kens for a second opinion and they said it definitely was a warranty issue. Being honest and valuing your customers goes a long way, that's why I take my vehicles to Kens!
