I don’t recommend your racism. You fired a White employee for wearing a BLM hat. He worked 2 years for you and have worn several different hats including a Yuengling hat, hunting camo hat, MAC tools & a few others that didn’t brandish the Ken's Tire emblem. No one ever said anything to him about it. Now all of a sudden his hat is offensive and “Violates company policy”. You DO NOT think Black Lives Matter? Well guess what?
