With what is transpiring in our country involving racism and the owner, his son, and son in law decide to call a Black Lives Matter hat offensive and fire the employee wearing such a hat. The owner has let his racism show and we can only imagine what he says/does when not being recorded. It does not matter if you have a man of minority race working for you because it is public knowledge businesses do that for good face. It matters that you fire an employee because you call his Black Lives matter hat offensive.
