Ken came out with less than 24 hrs notice to fix what could have been a complex mess. We got lucky & actual repair took less than 1 hr. He did not hit me with an emergency call charge, nor artificially jack up bill with unnecessary repairs.
Stay away owner has an serious issue . Came out and gave me an aditude for no reason . No one wants to do business with a company like that .
