We went there over the weekend looking for a bed and had an awesome experience. Good customer Service and a wide variety of great products. Kevin was very knowledgable about the products and very informative when we had questions. We brought our very "active" toddler with us and he was very patient while we shopped and chased her around at the same time. I placed an order for a recliner almost 4 weeks ago. We were told that our recliner would be in in less than two weeks. Possibly a week. Was never told that the recliner got put on backorder. Now, after nearly 4 weeks, we still do not have a date as to when our chair will be here. And we have a bare spot in our living room. We would like a refund. This is absolutely ridiculous.
