BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING OFF THE FLYER, I called and asked about the 5 piece living room set for $399 and they said they had it but I got there and what's in the picture is NOT what you get for the deal. I drove all the way there because I was told it's what was in the picture and I got there and the tables are not the same, the rug isn't the same and it doesn't even include the love seat IN THE PICTURE. Had purchased a sectional set from the store in Muskegon, and inside the store everything was great. But once we left the store everything went straight to hell. We were promised within 2 weeks from the 2 people in store, there was no issue with that. 2 weeks later nothing. We called multiple times asking where our order was and recieved no call back like we were told. Then finally putting our foot down we were told late into the second week possibly a Friday delivery. We worked with the staff at this establishment to special order a sectional couch that would fit in our limited space. They were awesome, and our new sectional showed up 1 week earlier than promised, and is perfect. We also needed 2 swivel rockers for the same room. For a full month we spoke to the same 2 people trying to find us these chairs. We finally had to special order them. They took OVER THREE MONTHS to arrive, and when they got here, they only swiveled - no rocker. Our paperwork specifically said "swivel rockers". T... read more
