We have used Kens Auto Parts for our vehicles...great service! Always prompt! One body part Kenny ordered for us came in and he was not happy with the condition so he ordered a new one....Highly Recommend!
I've dealt with Ken's for years. They have never steered me wrong. What I like the most about Ken's is if there's a slim chance they do not have what I need, they can get it most times over night. And who would not want to pay half of new in most cases?
You guy's are awesome! Having a brand new '93 Chevy Lumina outside door handle was unbelievable! You saved my back from trying to pry my door open with my broken handle, saved money out of my pocket, saved miles on my car, didn't have to hassle ordering it and I got to shop local! Wellston, Cadillac, Manistee and everywhere I called in Muskegon didn't have it in stock, let alone have the awesome pricing you did! I was so happy, I about jumped the counter to hug Kenny!!!
Horrible customer service bad product... Refuse to make right!
This place rocks! I've done business there since I've been able to drive. My very first car came from there and it was a Ford Pinto! And I have bought four cars after that and never had any problems! They were all repairables. I still owe him one of the cars and it owes me nothing. I bought all my cars at a fair price and whenever I needed anything I would go there and they would hook me up.
