RecommendedShowed up on time...fixed the problem quick...and knew exactly what they were doin.
They came out to repair our washing machine a week before the warr expired . Had to replace 2 more parts each time making the issue worse while in the mean time the warr expired . We called them back and told them it was now worse then ever . Two weeks later no returned phone call from Kens like we were told would happen . Now we cant even wash 1 pair of pants !!!!!!! Basically since warr expired they feel its not their responsibility to fix cause they keep closing tickets when the washer was never even fixed correctly from ... read more

Just be aware, they won't call and tell you that they aren't coming the day you're scheduled for an appliance repair because the part that's missing hasn't come in yet. I just wasted my entire day for someone to be here at my house because I was told that someone would be here between 8am-4pm. I took the day off work for this bull crap! All they could tell me is that "it slipped through the cracks". Maybe you need better management if things just "slip through the cracks".
Ken's is super responsive and knowledgeable! When our refrigerator stopped cooling, Ken's fit us into the schedule the day we called. They knew what was wrong right away, fixed it quickly and charged a fair price. We will recommend the to all our family and friends!
