RecommendedA service tech came before lunch and repaired my Frigidaire Affinity HE front load washer for $80 ($35 service call and $45 labor). He removed some gunk that was blocking one of the lines, used a shop vac to pump out 3” of standing water in the tub, and also removed a code error caused by the standing water in the tub. Our refrigerator was not working. I called Ken’s and was initially told no one could come out until next week. He asked me to give a description of the problem and I did. Even though their schedule was full, a service person came out the same afternoon and fixed the problem in 15 minutes at a reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend.
