We had a Whirlpool Washing Machine issue. Called Whirlpool and they sent out Ken's. I like most people checked out the reviews and felt some anxiety about it which is why I decided to leave a review...I typically dont do reviews. I called and spoke with MaKenzie about what we were told our problem could be by a certified technician who does not do Whirlpool warranty work. This business is absolutely pathetic. Their customer service is rude along with their techs. I had a tea pair set up fir a g e refrigerator. Water dispenser isn’t working. Called to have repair. The person called me back and asked questions about the issue. He asked if I’ve done this or that. Do you have a self piercing water line??? I don’t know. The person did not want our business. Unfortunately the issue was between the customer and warranty company. The warranty company only has so long before they close out paperwork when the customer has been contacted. 1 star Service guy came out last August due to LED lights in new fridge wasn’t working. He TOLD my husband to unplug the fridge and plug back in because sometimes reboots it. Service guy did it and lights worked for 2 months. We have had to unplug fridge and “reset it” like their service guys said multiple times. We finally had time with our busy schedule to set up another service call. They were supposed to come today between 8-4. I call them at 1:30 to see when they are coming? Our dishwasher was leaking water. We called Ken's. In the past we had pleasant experiences. Guy came out, said it was built up soap, cleaned it. We ran it that night. Same problem. I called again. They said they're going to research it and get back to me. They called and said they were ordering a part. 4 days later, they came back and installed the part. We ran it again that night. Same problem. When I called back, there wasn't much "we're sorry". Offered to come back without charging for labor but only parts. I said we've a... read more

There was a miscommunication on my appointment time and it got missed. They still made it the same day and fixed my dishwasher and it runs great. It was a quick fix. They also left samples of soap that works better for my dishwasher.
