We have had Ken over to service both our Viking stove and SubZero refrigerator. We have found him to be courteous, prompt, and provide excellent service.
The technician was very polite and was able to find the problem quickly. He was a nice young man.
From answering the phone all the way through giving me the bill the service was excellent. It was so nice to call a company anf be greeted with a cheerful hello and how can i help you when the norm these days seems to be grumpy folks acting annoyed that you called. And when Jeremy came out to my house he patiently waited for my sister in law to come down the street and let him in, he called to update me on the issue and price and he was quick, clean and super friendly! Great company with great client awareness ��
Ken's Appliance Service is the best in the area for prompt, friendly and reasonable service. I wouldn't call anyone else. Ken and his son know what they are doing so you can't go wrong.
Great service as usual. I had three appliances for Ken to check out today. He was prompt on his arrival and had evaluated and fixed two of the three in 45 minutes. He is the friendliest guy and so knowledgable about the business. I highly recommend Ken's appliance the next time you are in need of repairs!!!���
Like I said in my post n his wall, there aren't enough stars for the service we received from Ken. He is a true dinosaur when it comes to customer service, they broke the mold after Ken. Prompt, professional and proficient. We had been referred to Ken and I will be sending that friend a thank you as well. There is no better then Ken and also Jen, the dynamic duo.
