Ken is very knowledgeable about most brands of appliances. Turnaround time for scheduling was prompt and Ken gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes prior. He diagnosed my D/W problem quickly and had parts in the van to use. I highly recommend Ken and his team.
I have been using Kens appliances for years. They do amazing work! Extremely knowledgeable and professional.
Had a service person out yesterday (same day service) because our dishwasher was giving an error code. The tech was very nice and tried to explain things well however he was not able to determine the actual problem. He gave us his recommendation of what to do in the morning to see if the problem repeated. This required leaving our dishwasher pulled out with the side panels removed. We were advised that we should call in the morning and he would come back out to put the panels on and push the dishwasher back in place. When I ... read more
The service technician was very nice and informative. However, when I called I told the receptionist everything that was wrong and the issue we had at hand-well when the technician came out and looked at the fridge he simply said they do not work on these fridges. So basically I paid $95 for nothing. The receptionist should have said we do not work on those refrigerators and saved me a lot of money.
From being to end Ken and his son operate the business with professionalism and integrity! I highly recommend them to service/repair your appliances.
