Really good meat! Just bought our second Balanced Diet meat package and the Strip steaks were delicious. The ground beef is delicious also. Not sure why, but browned up with nothing else it taste much better than the ground beef we have previously bought after other stores. Very satisfied.
Best butcher shop in St. Louis. No doubt about it.
