The sales staff and installers, Rick and Todd, have been professionals from day one. Rick and Todd have explained the process step by step and have accommodated my Godmother (who has dementia), so she can remain in her home comfortably during the whole process. They are VERY knowledgeable and know their Kraft. I recommend Kenny's, especially Rick and Todd, for all your flooring needs!
Just a comment about your customer service. I visited Kenny's on Saturday to see about having carpet and vinyl repairs made. After consulting their calendar, it was decided that someone would be available on Tuesday at 11:00 to give an on site estimate. The time was chosen to account for my travel time of 75 miles and mentioned so. On Tuesday at 9:30, Kenny's called to let me know that they couldn't keep the appoint and gave a reason. Ready?
