I thought I needed a heater switch for a 2001 Olds Alero because it only worked on high as I was paying for the switch his mechanic told me that it was not the switch that I needed but a resister located down by the fan motor. I said that I did not need the switch then and he told his mechanic to shut up. I asked if I could return it and he said that there was no returns on electronics. He is a real piece of work, instead of helping me he took advantage of me not knowing what I needed and refused to make it right. I will nev... read more
