We cannot speak highly enough to recommend kenny's home comfort! Kenny is the most trustworthy, genuine guy we've ever met!! We own a two story house and both stories AC units died down two years in row. Kenny's home comfort installed one unit last summer which they did a great job but this summer we couldn't afford it due to many unexpected issues so we we're dealing with heat in our bedrooms. Woke up to no A/C Sunday 8/14/16 called kenny's home comfort and spoke to Kenny he said I can be there in 30 minutes and he was, extremely rare for any company to be on time in my experience he went right to work had A/C up and running in 45 minutes. Kenny even checked to see if my unit was under warranty before repairing the unit how grateful I am for him check that for me, because I didn't know if it was or not he was very professional and really friendly even though he had to work on a Sunday in 90 degree heat! kenny's home comfort is by far the BEST AC company I have ever dealt with. Did you happen to notice on their Facebook page that their company hours are ALWAYS OPEN!!! What other company out there has those established hours and actually stands by them?? I was freaking out last week when my AC unit started gargling, whistling, and then gave up. I was getting the run around with both my home warranty company AND the "specially screened service provider" they had sent to "fix" my heat pump. ELEVEN days (and 3 service visits without success) of no real answers and being told I was going to be paying nearly $1,000 PLUS LABOR out of pocket for something they could not seem to tell me needed to be fixed, I called kenny's home comfort for a second opinion. My review of this company is only good marks for courtesy, promptness, accuracy in diagnosing the problems with both my whirlpool icemaker in my wet bar, AND the ice maker in my sub zero refrigerator. No one at any other service company over the last 12 years, diagnosed the problem with the sub zero until this technician did. He not only told me what the problem was, he removed the faulty part (from the factory) and ordered a new one from sub zero. Top-notch tech in every respect: listened and took my information into consideration, but also used his knowledge and experience to fully address my core concern. Kenny's home comfort Highly Recommend... Both of my heaters went out this past week during the cold snap. (Michael and sons came out first and was willing to repair but it was going to take over a week and left us with no heat. They also could’ve cared less that we were stuck sitting in the cold for that amount of time and offered no other options.) This is a great company ! Very professional and courteous ! Their customer service is outstanding. They are on time and their rates are very fair & reasonable. After many issues with our home warranty company, my mom’s air conditioner broke down and kenny's home comfort got it replaced with 24 hours. This is in the middle of summer when it is busiest time for a/c companies. They gave us the best price and the best service !
