I recently went through a nightmare situation with my home warranty (HMS) company and there local HVAC company. I have not had working AC for 2 months and the local HVAC company had decided the only answer was to replace the whole system and the warranty company would only cover a portion of the expense. Had two new heat pump systems installed. I've had kenny's home comfort maintain my systems for about 20 years. At the beginning it was kenneth carter himself that worked on my systems, then his wife chelsea, and more recently fine young men and women has hired, including military veterans. But Chelsea still checks in with me occasionally, and she advised me about my options when I wanted to replace my old heat pump systems. I wanted to take time out to thank one of the best people I have met in a long time. Everybody knows my story and knows about the a/c issues in my house. Well today Kenny Carter from Kenny"s Home Comfort came out and stalled our new a/c unit free of charge. I know he is a blessing I thank God for this blessing. Thank you to Kenny's home comfort for saving me from the heat in less than 24 hours before a holiday. Walked into a very warm house after work on Monday with no AC and Kenny was able to come over Tuesday diagnose and fix the problem, now that’s QUALITY service, awesome turnaround and very reasonable price!!! One of our AC units wasn't working this morning and I couldn't find anyone to come out due to backlog becauseof the heat . I called about 6 companies but kenny's home comfort was able to send someone right away. The tech was very friendly and fixed our AC. Our preschool thanks you for your quick response and availability! :)
Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! First, I want to point out that I rarely write reviews. However, I truly believe these guys were amazing! Kenneth and Michael were very professional. It was really hot outside and inside my house when they came in to install a new unit. They just kept working making sure everything was good and looking neat. I installed a new Trane system last year and felt fairly pleased with the outcome (we have three systems). When in the market to replace one of the other systems I went back kenny's home comfort as well. I'm glad I did as I not only saved about 15% the service was great too. Kenny and Chelsea were great in the initial evaluation and pricing and were very accommodating. They presented financing options I had not previously heard about. A breath of fresh (warm) air! We have a very old system, a 1 year old daughter, and woke up to a house quite uncomfortably in the low 60's. Kenny came out personally the same day to address the issue, and even sent a 2nd tech later when he had an idea to make it work even better. He was genuinely concerned with getting the house warm for my daughter.
