ZERO Stars. The WORST, most INEPT and INCOMPETENT COBRA administration conceivable. At every turn, the Kennion Group has failed miserably to do...anything. I paid Kennion within a few days of having my COBRA info. I've received bills from providers that were suppose to be taken care of by Kennion and had to call Kennion to get it sorted. My dentist said I had no insurance; Kennion had dropped the ball and then was rude and arrogant when dealing with the dentist.
