The apartment has thin walls. the heating doesn’t work at all. and God forbid you close a door or drop something on the floor because the neighbors will start banging on the walls since any and every sound annoys them to death. living here is almost unbearable because of this issue.

There is a rodent infestation every time it gets cold outside and the rent has gone up every year. In 2023, rent went up 20%. From 2019 to 2023 rent changed from 780/month to 1250/month with no upgrades to the apartment.
Decent place to live with affordable rent. Tenants were super nice! No bugs or rodents. Stores and bus stops near by. Very safe neighborhood too.
