Excellent staff, no waiting, very throrough, explained everything I needed to know. Everyone was so pleasant!
Since I do best with personable, honest and direct interaction, he was all of that. While he didn't discourage me, he explained the Percentage of success very well. It really helped that the referring doctor had me well prepared.
Dr Schaufelberger listened to my medical concerns, explained in easy to understand terms what was causing my discomfort, and explained the various treatment options to help relieve my pain. Dr S was very respectful and interested in getting me back to feeling my best and back to the activities I enjoy.
I appreciated the doctor’s honesty and frankness.
He is friendly, cordial, helpful, takes time to listen, and is a caring doctor!

Very knowledgeable, took the time to explain things in details, and was very kind and affable.
Needed a shot in my knee. Had issues with my insurance. Both Dr S and Nurse Amy went above and beyond to assist me. Such an amazing team! Plus they are both friendly and fun!
