Less than adequate! He would not listen when I told him how I injured my knee and showed him where it hurt. It was extremely swollen and I struggled to walk. He insisted I had arthritis because of my age and refused to order an MRI. X-rays were taken and he tried to convince me the pictures showed arthritis.
