My God son went to their office for preventive services and the doctor wanted to put a crown on his tooth and stated it would require sedation. His mother was told to pay $225 up front before services were rendered for the sedation since insurance would not cover it. After a second opinion, she decided not to go through with the sedation, so she informed the office so she could receive a refund. The office told her it was non refundable. I took my 3 year old and 4 year old in for their first dental appointments today. It was very important to me for the dentist to not be a place they feared or hated. They had an amazing first experience from the playhouse to the excellent care and friendliness of the staff, it was all great. They cannot wait to brush their teeth tonight with their new sparkly toothpaste. Thank you for calming this mamas nerves and giving my kiddos a great experience! �
My daughter has been coming here since she was 2 and loves it.
He is by far the most compassionate and friendly dentist I have ever met. I was recommended to him by a friend and couldn't be more pleased with all the experiences my two children have had with him. Keep up the good work doc and you'll never be short of business!
Dr Kollman and his staff are exceptional! My daughter is only 3 and was not wanting to corporate during her visit. Sherry was absolutely WONDERFUL. She explained the whole procedure to my daughter in a way she could understand and made her feel comfortable. Thank you Dr.Kollmann and staff for outstanding service!
Today was the kids first dental appointment with Dr Kollmann. I cannot say enough about this office. Dr Ken Kollmann and ALL of his staff were amazing. They made us all feel very welcome and the kids comfortable from the minute we walked in. Dr Ken Kollmann made sure that I was very well informed about the treatments that my children need. I am very very pleased and happy with this office. We will definitely continue our care with Dr Kollmann and his staff! I recommend all of our friends and family check them out!!!
We have been to Dr Kollman since my kids were toddlers it was great until recently. My son told them he was in pain during a procedure and they said he was " uncontrollable" and the next time they wanted to see him back they needed to use sedation. Needless to say he's never used sedation in the past. I asked to give us one more chance and try it again but that was not an option for them. They seemed in a rush that day and appeared to be short staffed. I was not convinced that my son needed sedation so I took him elsewhere. ... read more
