told my stepson who is 5 that he had 4 cavities... got a second opinion and no cavities were found. called the office and they were super rude!
My grandson went to his very first dentist appointment, he is on Meridian insurance and sure is hard to find a dentist that accepts that insurance. So we were so excited to be able to get him into Kenneth S. Kollmann in Collinsville, Illinois as I always heard such great things about him. At the appointment I was told due to my 2-year old falling asleep with a bottle he needed major dental work done on 12 (TWELVE) of his teeth! RecommendedAbsolute wonderful first experience for my daughter who is three! Everyone was so patient and kind! Would definitely recommend this facility!
Tried calling to make an appointment the lady was super rude I guess they have enough business they don’t need mine
dr kollman is very nice but the staff mainly Lisa is so rude, she is rude on phone and person. Ask her a question she says I donr know that's it. As you stand there you hear her call customers and is so rude, literally calling them liars. she does not like people in general and does not care to help customers out.
My kids have been going to Dr. Kollmann for 12 years. He is wonderful! He has a great rapport with the kids. When we started going there my kids were 3 and 5 and both terrified of the dentist and would scream and cry. They never did with Dr. Kollmann. He was able to put them at ease and get the job done. Now that they are teenagers he takes a genuine interest and has conversations with them. Office staff is great. We have no problems getting appointments and never wait past our appt time.
