Poor bed side manners and rude. 1st question he asked. “What took you so long to take him to a Dr.” very rude. Lack of knowledge and facts regarding radiation protection for children. I am a Rad tech with 20 yrs of experience. Xray equipment very outdated. They had to repeat my son’s films. I agree to it but when I asked him why he was Xraying his entire spine and chest all the way down he said he likes to do it that way which made no sense and didn’t have a reason why Lack of knowledge in all
Dr. Jeffers and his and his physician assistance “Adelle” are absolutely the best. Actually his entire office is amazing. My five year old broke her elbow and had to have surgery. They treated us like family. I’m so grateful to have found them. Cast was removed today and she is doing great!
Our experience with Dr. Jeffers and nurse Adelle has been top notch. Our daughter was diagnosed with developmental hip dysplasia. Dr. Jeffers and nurse Adelle are incredible knowledgeable with plenty of information. Immediately my husband and I felt at ease (after many days of weeding through orthopedic doctors) Dr jeffers not only is kind,and a seasoned pediatric orthopedic doctor but, he understands as parents we too need support. We are thankful we found Dr jeffers and nurse Adelle.
I had the worst experience on my sons last follow up appt! I'm a dental surgical assistant and nothing really phases me. This doctor was mean and brutal removing my child's cast. He did a good closed reduction on my sons wrist. But never again will return and allow to be treated like an animal! Not even animals deserve to be treated this way! I left crying with my 6 year old!
Great experience. Dr. Jeffers is very knowledgeable, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this office!
Dr Jeffers really took his time in explaining my child’s condition to me in a compassionate understanding way. I highly recommend him and his office to anyone searching for a pediatric orthopedist
Dr. Jeffers and his staff are extremely professional. My daughter was misdiagnosed by another physician and Dr.Jeffers went that extra mile to make sure that she received the correct diagnosis and treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffers for any family in need of orthopedic surgery or treatment!
Parents: consider carefully before booking an appt here. X-ray equipment looks outdated, the doc and PA were annoyed and impersonal, nurse was frazzled. This doctor cut my child with the cast saw and showed ZERO remorse after. We left with no brace and no instructions for follow up care. Not a professional experience.
This doctor sucks. He has extremely poor bedside manners. He appears annoyed that you are there and speaks to you in a condescending tone. No patience or compassion and I found he does not work well with children. Not sure why he is a pediatric doctor at all. Do yourself a favor and find another ortho.
