Scary at first because I was clueless in regards to what was going to happen but Dr. Jeffers saw my fears and totally clam me and my husband explained everything and more we couldn't be more happy to have him in our corner during this difficult journey.
I strongly recommend Dr. Jeffers.
Dr. Jeffers and his staff were kind and compassionate when we saw them for a fracture. They took the time to explain everything to my son and make him feel comfortable about the nature of his injury and treatment. We would definitely recommend him.
Dr Jeffers and his staff are fantastic. Was able to be seen the same day. He has a great bedside manner with kids. I would highly recommend him and his staff!
Dr Jeffers is very good with the children and explains the diagnoses well. He will draw diagrams for you if you don't understand.
Doctor is good and very thorough
I would never refer this physician to anyone. Very poor bedside manner. Dr. Jeffers is harsh and rude. He told my daughter that her arm was deformed and implied that I was a bad mother. He also tried to belittle me for asking questions about his treatment plan. He proceeded to get defensive and his PA was very much in alignment with his bully tactics. Totally unacceptable. Also, the discharge paperwork had multiple typos and no letterhead. Very unprofessional to say the least.

I was very disappointed with the way we were billed for my daughter's ankle fracture. I was shocked to see an excessive bill code (Treatment of a fracture) for $700. For this added fee, he gave us instructions to get a BOOT FROM AMAZON, which we did. I eventually spoke to Dr. Jeffers in person. He AGREED that the bill was "EXCESSIVE", but said that he could not change a bill after submitted, b/c his practice is owned by Tenet. We did pay $700 for that boot as Tenet would not help either.
