Let me just start by saying that Doctor Morgan turned Out to be a nightmare. My husband is diabetic and was going to Doctor Morgan for a series of issues that he was Having with his feet due to his Diabetes. All Doctor Morgan did was butcher. In my husband's feet to the point where he can't walk. Wear socks or shoes. After consulting another Doctor it was confirmed that not only did he perform a shark of surgery that was necessary.
