I love living at one of KMGs properties, its well maintained, staff is always on it with work orders , Leasing staff and management always makes you feel welcomed when you step into the office .
Amazing management company! Our apartment community is exceptionally well maintained, and all work orders are completed promptly and efficiently. Daniel has been an outstanding manager and has made numerous improvements to the property that have truly enhanced the living experience and created a wonderful oasis for residents. We are extremely happy living here and look forward to calling this community home for many years to come. Highly recommended!
KMG has always been quick to respond to my emails and calls whenever I've had a question or needed something. Really reliable staff and you can tell the manager Daniel takes good care of the property. The team is consistent with quick maintenance. I would stay longer if I didn't have to relocate for work.

I was very impressed with Frank’s understanding of these horrible one sided California laws. He pointed things out to me that I didn’t even realize I was doing wrong and could have cost me in the long run. The value he brings is well worth what I pay and I get to spend more time with my family
