I am a paraplegic. Dr. Ràuschenbach has taken excellent care of me every time I have seen him. Great Doctor.
I had a total hip replacement and after it for over 6 months had significant pain. Each visit his answer was (in the 2 minutes he spent in the room) “I don’t know - come back in a month” and he would just walk out. This happened 5 times with my husband present even trying to stop him and get answers. I wrote a kind letter letting him know that I didn’t feel he was listening and got no response. Rushed,staff is uncaring.Dr.doesn't seem amenable to other than his view. Did not return,looking for doc.that is not rushed.Waiting room was packed,probably other doc.patients,too.
Had surgery with issues wouldn’t listen. Said I don’t know to why I was in pain. Walked out and said come back in a month. After five months, my primary recommended I see another orthopaedist to correct the problems with the surgery
I had a TKR with Dr. Rauschenbach 5 years ago. There were no problems and healing was complete after PT. I returned to him this week with concerns about my other knee. After studying my X-rays, he did not suggest surgery, but provided an alternative treatment for my pain. I am impressed that he did not push for surgery as so many other orthopedists might have. His manner is caring, very pleasant, and he takes time to explain his thoughts on your issue. I would highly recommend Dr. Kenneth Rauschenbach.
Very unprofessional. Horrible bedside manner. Rushes through exam like he doesn't care about you. Rude and obnoxious. If I could give 0 stars I would.
This Dr. is a joke He rushed me during my appointment after having me wait an hour to see him and never apologized for the wait. He then starts pushing me to do PT instead of ordering an MRI and lectures me about his qualifications. I got the x ray so I am going to a different Dr. who will order the MRI and not waist MY time on the PT. His office happens to be right next to Access PT which he kept pushing. What a scam. He should go to school to learn how to look a patient in the eyes as well.

I went to see Dr. Rauschenbach due to a broken wrist. He was very knowledgeable, made the experience as easy as he could and put me at ease right away. He came in with a smile and took his time explaining everything about the break. I never felt rushed and was totally confident I had made the right decision by going to him. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.
