Doctor was great, very attentive, great listener. Very professional and he thanked me for coming to his office. No doctors does that.
Once you get past the reception area things start to get better. Upon entering the reception area you are greeted with several misleading signs stating to use the next window. Each of the following windows have the same sign, leaving only a door that used to be locked. When I asked if I should use the door all I got was a nasty glare and nod of the head.After talking to the receptionist I was given a tablet with questions that been asked many times in the past. Dr. Kenneth Rauschenbach was very professional, caring, and listened to my concerns. He explained every step of the treatment I was receiving. He seemed really sympathetic to my problem. Honestly, I would recommend Dr. Rauschenbach to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Rauschenbach.

The disrespectful front desk staff is rude!! Eating food at 10am infront while checking people in is very disgusting!!
