I was assigned Kenneth as the appraiser for my home in the Carrollton area through my relocation company. Although the selection was limited, I scheduled the appointment and met him at the property to answer any questions he might have. Kenneth completed an appraisal on a property that I am selling. He did not operate with good judgement nor did he properly use the appropriate comps in the area. It is clear that Kenneth had another agenda. Even when presented with the prior appraisal and appropriate information, he did not take anything into consideration. This ultimately cost us the contract.

Their agents will not practice any sort of discipline when it comes to talking about your business with the other side. No professional curiosity, so be warned that you have to anticipate every detail that you do not want them to disclose to the other party. Moreover, expect that if you directly ask them a question that they will lie to your face.
