Got me in right away to see my knee after injury. Ive had ACL surgery twice before with a different doctor and you can really tell this practice cares about you compared to others just getting you in and out.
Dr.Jansson is very professional and genuinely cares when trying to get to the root of a problem. And staff are absolutely wonderful and very helpful and considerate when dealing with followups, or any questions or concerns I had. Especially Vanida and Mai. I wouldn't trust anyone else.
Enjoyed my visit with dr Jameson! from the front of the office with Andrea to the staff in the back Vanida and Mai. All very professional!
Nothing but great things to say. Dr Jannson is very knowledgeable and answers any questions or concerns i may have. Mai and Vanida are absolutely amazing as well. They helped me through the many issues i was dealing with when it came to workmans comp! The Receptionist Andrea is super friendly and started recognising me only after a few visits, she is always smiling and in a happy mood. Overall i am ecstatic about the outcome of my knee surgery and how its healing!
Dr.Jannson, PA Mia, nurse Evellen, surgery nurse Shelly, Sherri are awesome. They were very helpful and patient with me and my family. They fixed my knee and are taking great care of me after the procedure. I have since sent my brother and wife to them fo knee issues. I am very active and a pain as a patient. All three have kept me in check and keeping me on the path to recovery. Thank you all for your help.
He was the real deal. Fully capable and thoughtful and considerate. He did a professional job and follow-up and staff were impeccable. I really can not think of anything that he could've done to better our experience. Dr. Jansson made it clear to my son the risks he would take if he didn't follow his guidelines. Mia Wells his PA-- was absolutely the best. I have not had any PA know as much and communicate with the patient and parent as effectively as she does. I would recommend this group highly
Dr. Jansson is an excellent and skilled ortho surgeon. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
I am very pleased with surgery on my left knee.
