The James Gang was my Dentist for 13 years (age 5-20). Most of the work I had done was always general cleaning. Billing and Front desk is great.
Great customer service. Been with him and his staff for 15 years. He takes his staff on a trip once a year. Last year they went to Disneyland.
This place is great for comfort and they make sure that you're gased up well (lots of laughing gas - even for cleanings!) - you'll get headphones with music and sunglasses along with a warm blanket for your lap/legs. I fell asleep numerous times. Dr. James spends a lot of time with folks and seems to love to talk, but I have to say that some of the work that was done wasn't the best. Dr. James is the best dentist there ever was. He is gentle, caring, kind, generous, and all. I have never been happier going to a dentist. He makes me feel great! He is great!
Dr. James is certified to perform ALL dental procedures without referral to a specialist. Impressive. Comfortable office environment, kind office & dental staff, and Dr. James himself. Initial visit, this put me at ease. Dr. James prescribed a hygiene plan and improvement plan for the appearance of my teeth. I decided how to approach each step, with my goal always in mind. James is an amazing dentist. He is one of the best cosmetic and restorative dentists in the world. If I were to have my smile restored again, I would have James do it. I teach dentists from all over the world the benefits of cosmetic and neuromuscular dentistry and I have met very many great dentists. James is a "Top Gun".
I never dread going in.
Been going to him for nearly 10-years. Without question, he is the best I've ever seen, and the James Gang, as they're called, are the nicest people you'll ever want to meet - my entire family goes to him. He may not be the cheapest in town, but he is the best in the state.
I have never been to a dentist office like this! They are very friendly, completely accomodating, and have a different look at dentistry. We get free coffee and cookies, my kids watch movies, the staff even watches them for me while I get work done. But despite all this they have taken the time to meet us, to get to know us, and to teach us what we have to do to be able to eat their cookies and drink thier coffee.
