Dr Kress is a great guy! 5 years ago I had left hip replaced by a different surgeon. I had problems and recovery took months. DrKress replaced my right hip and I was walking the dog in 3 weeks with no discomfort or issues. I would highly recommend Dr Kress and gave already done so.
Dr. Kress is a great surgeon and compassionate doctor. I was in a very bad shape after anesthesia and had to stay in the hospital overnight. Dr. Kress visited me twice to make sure I was doing OK. Definitely would recommend Dr. Kress to anyone considering hip replacement.
Dr. Kress, his staff and Northside Hospital provided me with the best care possible. Dr. Kress is very compassionate, skilled and efficient surgeon, I just regret it took me so long to find him. My total knee replacement has been remarkably painless. He is the BEST.
Dr. Kress was everything wonderful I had heard from so many others who used him. He replaced my left hip 3 months ago and I have had zero problems. Hopefully I won't need my other hip replaced but if I do I would go back to Dr. Kress for sure.

Dr. Kress did my knee replacement 9 years ago when I was 50 and it completely changed my life. Before my surgery, I really couldn't walk up my driveway and three years later, I hiked out f the Grand Canyon. Dr. Kress is not only an amazing surgery, he has the best "bedside manner" of any doctor I have ever had. I feel another knee replacement is in my future, and he is the only doctor I would trust.
Excellent experience. Dr. Kress and the whole team were very focsed on the proceedure and outcomes. A "common sense" apprach to the procedure and follow up! VERY pleased.

This doctor’s glowing reviews may well be the result of his “cherry-picking” his patients. The office wait was about :45 mins. Dr. Kress has his PA pre-screen those who might need assistance. If your BMI indicates you are overweight, the only treatment you will receive is advice to lose weight before you come again.
