Dr Kress is fantastic, a great surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner!
The results of a Total Knee Replacement of my right knee are nothing short of exceptional. I was walking better 2 hours after surgery than I had been for years. Physical therapy was complete in 4 weeks and I am pretty much back to normal less than 10 weeks after surgery. I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with the whole process right from 1st visit to 6 week follow up after surgery. Alway knew what to expect and was totally prepared.
Talk to anyone that know Dr Kress, whether it be his colleagues or patients, and they all say the same, he is the best. Having now had Dr Kress do my hip replacement, I too will recommend him to others. He is clearly a skilled surgeon, has an excellent track record and uses advanced surgery techniques. He has a rapport that gives patients comfort with their surgeon and procedure. I also found Dr Kress’ support staff to be excellent. They are approachable and show genuine concern for patient.
I have recommended Dr Kress to several friends. Through the whole process I felt like he was proactive in helping me have the best recovery possible. I am very pleased with the outcome.
NEW KNEE - NEW ME! We are now a 4 Kress-joint family! My procedure could not have been more successful. My recovery went very smoothly and the best news is that I am moving again! Prior to surgery, I had not walked more than half a mile in 3 years. After completing my physical therapy, we joined the Y and are exercising. I now do strength and cardio training 5-6 times a week and can walk 3 miles! I was afraid I would never do that again. I love my new knee!
This is my second hip replacement with Dr. Kress. Both were very successful. Dr. Kress is not only an excellent surgeon. but also very empathetic with his patient. He also has a top-notch team that's been with him for years. Thank you to all Dr. Kress, Eddy, Kathy and so many more at Northside Hospital.
If there is a better knee replacement surgeon, he doesn't live on this planet. Dr. Kress is OUTSTANDING. Great communication, care, and SKILL. Awesome job on BOTH of my knees. Pain before, none after. Limited movement before, walk like a teenager now. What else can I say?
Dr. Kress replaced both of my knees with great success. The second surgery reflected how much progress has been made in pain management. I did not need any narcotic pain killers in the post-op period which was remarkable considering I took them daily after my first surgery. He also has terrific bedside manner.
Great service. I felt very well taken care and the process was very organized. I was amazed how little I was "out of commission". Dr. Kress is one of the best.
