Dr. Kenneth J. Brown and his medical team and staff, were very personable and professional. It is a large facility, but the care and personal service of the Dr. and staff were great. I would highly recommend this facility!
Everyone was very personable and caring, from the receptionist at your office to the physicians assistant to the scheduling person who set up my surgery. The staff there was very nice and the nurses who helped were attentive and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable doing my procedure and was well cared for. Dr. Brown is a lifesaver. More than 10 years ago, I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. I was scared to death. But Dr. Brown sensed my apprehension, calmed my nerves and has been in my corner ever since. I’m not just a name on his patient list, I feel like he is genuinely interested in me, and he’s goes out of his way to make sure my quality of life is never compromised. Each and every visit.
I have been to Dr brown for colonoscopy, endoscopy and just general gut health. His office is wonderful! He doesn’t stop until there is an answer. I love that. His PA Megan is great as well!
I can’t tell you how professional and kind his staff was! I loved all the nurses and Dr Browns “bedside manner.” He answered all my questions (which I had several) and I could tell that he genuinely cares for his patients. This was my 3rd procedure with him and my wife will see him next month.
Dr. Brown takes his time with you and explains everything to expect. Very kind. His staff is just as amazing.

I am grateful to be in Dr. Brown's care for 10 years now. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough, has an excellent bedside manner and is an all around great person. I've seen other GI docs and I left feeling like my questions weren't all answered, but here I am confident they will give me their undivided attention. I also got an endoscopy with Dr. Brown and it was the easiest procedure ever! I couldn't recommend his office more highly.
