Dr Krantz has performed complex surgeries on both of my eyes and he is truly a gifted surgeon. His sense of humor makes me look forward to my visits! He has also shown personal concern and support for unrelated health issues I have encountered. I appreciate him and would highly recommend him to others.

Doctor Kenneth Krantz who works for Kaiser, didn't even bother examining me; basically, I went to him for a second opinion, but his opinion was already formed by his colleague I had seen before him. I was so disappointed, yet I was used to the unprofessional incompetent doctors at kaiser.

Bilateral Ptosis Surgery I had a condition known as ptosis, basically drooping eyelids that partially obstruct your vision, with one worse than the other. I had surgery 5 days ago on my left eye. I was apprehensive about the surgery wondering if it would be worth it and how it would look afterwards. The surgery went well, and I just had my follow-up appointment yesterday. The eye is healing well, and it's perfectly level with my other eye. It looks as if it's always been that way. I'm so thankful for his skillful work and the care I received.

After being his patient for blocked tear duct surgery I was disappointed in his communication skills. He never told me what exact procedure he was going to use in surgery. He just told me he was going to unblock the ducts. When the surgery proved unsuccessful and he removed the stent he still did not communicate with me verbally. He removed the stent and said for further treatment to see another optomologist. He said there was NO need to see me again. I always felt he hated answering question
