Great work out. Really great starter with lots of motivation
I joined on 1/6/18 for the 6 week boot camp challenge and have loved every second. In 3 weeks I've lost 10 lbs. I feel better. I have more energy. Clothes are fitting better. The group atmosphere makes me feel like part of a team and everyone around you is definitely supportive. You won't find this at a regular gym membership. Intense workouts for all fitness levels, you get out what you put in!
One of the best places I've ever worked out at! It doesn't matter what your level of fitness is, the trainers are excellent and work with you to do YOUR best and set goals to become even better! When I first started, I was afraid of not being able to keep up, or that some previous injuries I had would prevent me from doing a lot of the workouts....but I had NOTHING to be worried about because for each exercise I had limitations doing, the trainers gave me a modified or alternative version that I could do!
Advertisements are really misleading. Called this place to get the rate on the 6 week challenge because I saw two different ads with one being free, and the other being $67. Duran told me there was a catch, and that I needed to pay a down payment. He told me that he couldn't give me the price of the down payment until I signed up. I don't understand why someone would sign up for something without knowing if they can afford it or not. Deron is awesome! Super knowledgeable, encouraging and motivating! I have had a personal trainer before, but this is different, the culture at Kennesaw Fit Body Boot Camp is like a family... thank you everyone for being so awesome and encouraging!
Kennesaw Fit Body Boot Camp is awesome! I love this place and the community they have created there. No matter what stage of fitness, or lack of, you are in, this place has your back. If you’re on the fence, or not 100% sure if these guys are for you, JUST JOIN. You won’t regret it!
