My dogs have stayed several times at Kennelwood and each time it was a quick and easy process for drop off and pickup. The dogs were happy and clean when I picked them up. No problem at all. Money well spent instead of relying on friends and putting them in uncomfortable situation when I ask them to watch my dogs.

I took my dog to kennelwood at page/lindbergh. He was perfectly healthy when I dropped him off. I picked him up a few days later. His bark was high pitched and he kept coughing. I was told by the manager that this was 'normal' , touting that his voice was high because he had been barking at the other dogs and lost his 'voice'. Denise at Kennelwood did a wonderful job of grooming my 5 Yorkies. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a full service pet resort, grooming, boarding, day care and training. They have many locations to choose from too. So check them out, you will glad you did. Check their web page for money saving coupons, and a great newsletter every month, always something fun going on at Kennelwood Pet Resort.

Our 2 great danes were boarded over Thanksgiving and were left in their "room" the whole day and evening without being taken out to go to the bathroom. I will never take them there again.

My dog has been attending Kennelwood day camp for over 4 years. I also use the boarding services when I go out of town. My dog loves the Kennelwood staff. They also know him well and treat him as if he was their own pet. My dog runs to the front doors every time which tells me he enjoys going there. I think he says it all.

Very friendly staff, efficient and timely. However, this was not the best grooming I have had for my dog, but will give them another try incase they were just having a bad grooming day.

They are so good with my dogs. One of the reasons I continue to take them back is one of my dogs got loose. A neighbor found him and he still had his Kennelwood collar on. They tried to call me but I didn't hear the phone. They came into the city picked him up and called again. I still didn't hear the phone so by the time I got the message they had him about an hour. My dog recently suffered a severe allergic reaction while in the care of Kennelwood at Page and Lindbergh. I signed my dog up for a service that the site says includes "24-hour continuous care and housekeeping services." However, for THREE days, not ONE employee at this facility noticed that my dog was in agony. My poor dog scratched himself red and raw for days. That is unacceptable.
