I was browsing online for new floors for my house and found Kennedy Tile and Flooring. I met and spoke with the owner, ***** Kennedy, and was greeted with friendly and polite customer service. He was very patient with me while I looked at all the different tiles he had. Once I picked out a tile it was smooth sailing. I had the privilege of working with Kennedy Tile and Flooring to replace the carpet in multiple rooms. Spoke with ***** and he really took care of us. They were amazing to work with, great communicators, affordable, and got the job done really quick! I highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a flooring contractor!
We met with their sales rep for tile colors, then he brought them to our house to check. Once we approved the process it was completed with skill, care, and the ultimate professionalism. We didnt have to worry from one day to the next. They cleaned up their work area so our house was still livable. They came every day until the job was done. If youre looking for quality work choose Kennedy! I cant say enough about how fabulous this project turned out.
Met with sales rep Marion on a Thursday. He said he would be over on Friday to measure, which he did. Very personable, and said he would have a bid back to us in a few hours.. That's where it ended. It has been 4 days and no bid, no call, and no return of my e mail.

Fridays are generally our busiest day of the week. With the free estimates that we offer, our goal is to try and get them sent out on the same day as the in-home consultation. I hired Kennedy Tile to install new tile on my floors and remodel my master bath shower. They did a wonderful job. Very Professional from the initial consultation throughout the completion of the project. Quality workmanship at a reasonable price .
Totally think they were unprofessional this time, I have used them before and it was great but this time totally disappointed the gave every lame excuse known to man on my Tile bubbling grout and falling in, they blamed my small dog they blamed fault line and house settling I just got tired of their excuses and gave up on them, wouldnt recommend or use them again....

Had my kitchen, living room, hallway and bathrooms all redone in tile. They did the job fast and professionally. I even left my down payment to them in person with no receipt, just a handshake and they acted purely honorably. Would recommend them to anyone.
I had my shower area tiled in Feb.2018 for 40% less than what the builder was charging, The gray subway tiles and hexagonal floor was installed beautifully, professionally and in a timely manner. Our installer, David was a joy to work with! The 80 inch tall frameless glass was also done perfectly. I would recommend this place to anyone!
