The worst service I have ever experienced. I brought in my car that I purchased at Kennedy to get some work done to it and they made it worse. I had to call kennedy to see what was wrong with my car because they would not get back to me. I had to take it somewhere else so they could fix kennedy's mistake. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I hated my experience there and I will never go back.

Horrible horrible. Do not take your vehicle here if you need work done after a car accident. Our vehicle sat in their service bay for 2 weeks before they touched it! We called to check on it and they were like "umm we were waiting on body to pick it up." Poor customer service and very poor management. Also, when we finally picked up the car, they didn't even wash it, and we checked everything and there was a HUGE gash in the tire and a chunk missing from the wheel. Professional dealership and exceptional customer service. Staff goes out of the way to find you the car that is right for you and is always patient with those hard to please customers. Loving my current Mazda. Was a Honda fan until I drove our Mazda. Looking for a new Mazda soon and will definitely be going to Kennedy Mazda and asking for Ryan Bonner!

Ryan Bonner made a deal with me and we both signed a contract to a car that doesnt exist! I bought a 2015 Mazda GT red ext and tan colored interior. After 5 days did he inform me that that car didnt go with tan color. Ryan Bonner was rude when dealing with the issue. I just cancelled the business with the company. Very upsetting. The sales consultant should know the car that he is selling. And he has to keep his words when in fact i was just asking on what is in the contract that we signed.
