Considering that this is Madison, WI in the 21st century, it’s great. The low turnover attests to that. Some of the changes- such as the closure of the restaurant-are unfortunate- as are the creeping rents, and the tendency toward the school year contracting practices that have turned the area into a high priced student slum- threaten the quality and environment of this establishment.
Beautiful apartments inside and out! Love the Elevators! This building takes you back in time to the Al Capone days! You feel it as soon as you walk in!
The female manager I dealt with is the rudest b****! No further explanation needed!
I am writing this as a neighbor of these apartments. Upon initial inspection you would think this is a classy establishment run by classy people. However, it is impossible to contact the management team and you are always routed to an after hours answering service, even from 9-5. The manager of this place who I will not name is well known to place stickers on the windows of vehicles that are parked in their lot (which I have never seen full) and are non-removable.
