From the time I requested my children to be added, removed from the wait list at different times I always felt comfortable asking questions and following up on outstanding concerns. I was also able to verify and update health insurance coverage prior to any appointments being scheduled. Our in-person & virtual appointments were excellent, everyone that we interacted with were pleasant and professional. Thank you all for your patience and for the support that we needed!

I received an email acknowledging that I had begun the CARD application on 9/14/22. Had it all completed with documents turned in on 9/19/22 and got a confirmation that it was officially accepted/received 9/21/22. In April of the next year I called and emailed to see where we were on the waitlist. A lady responded by email that said she could see that they received my report in September and there was a 13mos wait for a follow up evaluation that puts us being seen in October 2023. First child assessment, great experience. Then when I made it to the top of a waitlist for a service, a voicemail was left stating that since my insurance didn’t cover the service, they were taking me off of the waitlist. When I called to say I was willing to go out of network I was told I would be at the bottom of the waitlist. Second child, regular intake completed but CARD intake never happened and I called after 3 months. I was sent to multiple departments because they couldn’t find my second child in the system. I took my son for one 45 minute evaluation and they charged me close to 2000 dollars, out of pocket.
