Terri Parsons is apparently the only Administrative Services Coordinator for the entire Neurobehavioral Unit and all she does is lie. Lie about meetings, lies about getting back with you, lies about when you'll get a decision, etc. A year and half later and still no decision letter. She said we'd get it 4 months ago in an email and now will not respond to any emails! The supervisors do not care and will not return your calls either. I would be greatly concerned if my child did go here, would I even be able to contact anyone ... read more

The REACH department was able to give my child an ASD research diagnosis to fast track my child’s medical diagnosis. The estimated wait time when from 18 months to 1. We have services now and I could not thank them enough.

Misdiagnosed my child which lead to a delay in access to appropriate services. Dr Vasa told us to change his diet and try Karate, without even asking what our home diet and activities are (his diet was already what she wanted us to change it to and we are a martial arts family, so clearly her assessment skills are quite lacking). I expressed my concerns prior to leaving, that every professional who actually knows and works with him also disagreed with her, and she just shut me down. From the time I requested my children to be added, removed from the wait list at different times I always felt comfortable asking questions and following up on outstanding concerns. I was also able to verify and update health insurance coverage prior to any appointments being scheduled. Our in-person & virtual appointments were excellent, everyone that we interacted with were pleasant and professional. Thank you all for your patience and for the support that we needed!
