Overall very poor with communication/help through estate. She prepared the will/did all estate planning and I worked with her upon my relative's death. She gave no direction on what steps to take/what to do next. Ultimately, I researched the process on my owe and she submitted/reviewed info as needed. The trust she prepared was WRONG and I had to pay another attorney to redo it. The Will she prepared was considered "very poorly written" by the other professionals that used it.
