Everything was good
if theres a next time, i would appreciate it if your staff could wait til im in the room too pull my son's teeth out! i dont even know if they gave him that shot in his mouth! for all i no my 6 year old son only had laughing gas when he got his teeth pulled! (he told me they didnt give him the shot) im beyond disappointed in this clinic!!!

Kennedy staff are always friendly and helpful. They go above & beyond to give exceptional service.
We understand that it was our fault we forgot our sons paperwork but we were not happy with the way we were treated about it by a member of your staff. Her tone was condescending and it seemed as if we were wasting her time trying to obtain the proper paperwork form the other office. In between that time We were left in the dark as to the progress of the paperwork or any new information. We have always felt respected and welcomed at the Kennedy Dental office on Alameda.
