Dr.Gonzalez was awesome as always...he makes every visit pleasant it's the girls cleaning the teeth that made me rate at a 3 star....one of them was new to this office even thou I heard her say she was from another office she was rude and when cleaning my 7 year olds teeth wet his shirt and was mean with attitude....when she cleaned my 14 year old she was rude and made him feel uncomortable because of her attitude....if she's there next time I won't stay thur the cleaning
Karen our hygienist is awesome!!! We love her....she is so gentle, great with my daughter. Emily really loves to come because of Karen. She really does make a difference. The area in the back is extremely cold, but we usually have a great experience. Thanks Emily
Absolutely nothing
I've been with this practice for 3 years, since my child was of the age to visit dentist, why I continued is beyond me. Both locations on Alameda and Saratoga are nightmares. All the front office women are so rude and nasty. Never helpful and they don't even let you schedule appointments, you have to somehow remember when your child's next cleaning, exam ,etc are then call THEM back to make the appointment which everytime I would was just issue after issue.
