It was a great experience, all the staff were nice.
We were very happy with our visit today. Staff is friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. Their waiting room, exam rooms, and play areas were clean and organized. The only reason I didn't give a full five star review was because I had two children, both scheduled at 9 am, and we didn't walk out until 11. Two hours seemed a bit long. But I'm hopeful that was a fluke and I'm taking my other two children on Thursday for their cleanings. Overall, a wonderful experience.
This was our first visit to Kennedy Dental and it was a wonderful experience. The staff was wonderful and did an excellent job on calming,educating, and working on my 8 year old. Debonie/Devony (not sure on how to spell her name) was perfect on keeping my son calm and explained to him step by step what she was doing. I was very impressed with her professionalism. She wasn't just doing her job she built a trust level with my son who isn't usually the easiest of patients.
Great experience , one thing i didnt like was it took way to long to check out. Othwr than the long wait at checkout these people are awesomeð¯ð¯ð¯
I love the office and staff
The appointment itself took a long time but otherwise we did have a good experience. Sherri at the front desk was so incredibly sweet and welcoming when we came in. The dental assistant was also very nice and helpful. The dentist (I believe her name was Dr Nikki) she was so nice with a big smile on her face and so patient with my 2 year old. The staff is great and accommodating! I definitely recommend this dental office
We love the friendly staff, and my kids enjoy and look forward to their appointments.
