I brought my son to his appointment that he had at 10 so they can see him for his silver cap that fell off. However, when I arrived and they called me back nothing wasn’t done because I was told Dr. Paul did my sons crowns and if I wanted him to do it at no charge I would have to reschedule or continue service for that day but with different doctor and get charge for there fee. If I could give it 0 stars I would! My son went in for a simply procedure on Saturday that turned out to be the worst experience we could ever experience! Over the weekend and they didn't even call me back til Monday and gave me a appt until 230 pm instead of bringing my son 1st thing in the morning! The lack of empathy and communication from staff and on call doctors and even from dr Paul himself! He couldn't even face to see his patient because he was "busy" when my son ended up in the er! We love everything about Kennedy Dental. The staff, the facility, the doctors, and the speed with which they get us in and out, but are still thorough. And that's saying a lot because I have 4 kids that come in for check ups at the same appointment time every visit.
I was terrified when I discovered my little boy broke one of his permanent teeth. I immediately called Kennedy Dental office and they scheduled my son within the hour. They were able to protect and fill his tooth same day. The compassionate and skilled care, professionalism, and service were beyond excellent! I am so very grateful to Dr. Kennedy and his entire staff. Thank you!!
