Thank you for your professional and thorough approach to dental work. I've had numerous crown procedures over the years and the experience at your office has been the easiest and best yet.
My hygienist was wonderful. Please hire her full time. She only works on Fridays now. I am sorry that I forgot her name. She's the best!!! She explained everything she was doing and was very careful near my sensitive areas.

Dr. Mooney and staff provide excellent care and are very personal, love this place!
Your staff is always friendly. I was acknowledged by name as soon as I walked in,even though the receptionist was on the phone. Shawna did an excellent job in cleaning my teeth. She continued to work on one region until all tartar was eliminated. She also supplied the material for me to improve my flossing. Dr. Mooney was her cheery self and pronounced everythiing okay. She not only checked my teeth, but also my neck for swelling or discomfort.
There are 4 things I focus on when assessing a Dental office. I am picky as my bother is a dentist (DMD) The quality of the dentist - diagnostic skills and the how well they do on the actual dental work. I have been very imopressed by Dr. McAvoy. The quality of the support team (hygienists & assistants). The quality and newness of the equipment. I have dreaded going to the dentist my entire life! After my first visit to Cooper Creek I was amazed by how outgoing, friendly and professional the staff was. I can honestly say at every visit I end up having great conversation and a thorough exam all in one. I have recommended them to EVERY friend of mine and don't plan on going to any other dentist as long as they're in business!
My experience at Cooper Creek Dental couldn't have been better. I had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist of great skill and empathy who cared about my comfort as much as my teeth. Thank you Katie.
