I was in for a periodontal maintenance cleaning today. As usual, my regular hygienist, Shelly provided thorough cleaning. She is very informative and makes sure I understand my treatment plans and procedures. She is very friendly, which makes patients feeling relaxed on a chair. I also would like to mention that administration stuff persons are quite helpful as well.

This is only my second appointment with Cooper Creek Dental but I have been very satisfied with my hygienist and BOTH dentist in the office. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes:) I also want to give a "shout out" to Joanne who handles the billing for the office. She "hung in there with us" through some very trying times with our insurance company. Many, many phone conversations took place before it all got straightened out. She has the patience of a saint! Thanks Joanne!
