I hardly ever write a review. However, I am beyond frustrated. First, my ac unit wasn't installed when it was supposed to but was never called to reschedule until I had to call. Then the technicians who were installing it were going to leave before the install was complete. Then my ac unit was leaking water everytime it shut off and short cycling.
